Welcome to Axon (the "Service"), a multi-game Discord bot and web application provided by zKyroxx_. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Axon is a Discord bot designed to help gaming communities track player statistics, manage rosters, run pick & ban sessions, and moderate members across multiple games. The Service also includes a companion website and an internal administration panel used exclusively by the Axon team.
Key features include: player statistics tracking (kills, deaths, KD ratio, accuracy, headshots, revives), AI-powered screenshot analysis, match history, weekly stats, progress tracking, MVP rankings, per-class leaderboards, pick & ban system, moderation tools (warnings, cheating flags, server rules), multi-language support (French and English per server), and a contact and support ticket system.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Service links your Discord account identifier and server (guild) data to game-related records in order to provide its features. No separate account creation is required. Player names, statistics, match history, and moderation records are stored per Discord server and managed by server administrators. Server administrators may add, rename, or delete player data at any time.
The Service uses a third-party AI API (Anthropic Claude) to analyze end-of-game screenshots and extract player statistics automatically. By submitting a screenshot, you consent to the image being sent to and processed by this external service. Screenshots are not stored permanently by the Service after processing is complete.
The web administration panel is an internal tool used exclusively by the Axon team. It is not accessible to server administrators, players, or any external party. The Axon team uses it to manage player data, handle support tickets, send announcements, and monitor the Service. Users can reach the Axon team through the website contact form or the /contact Discord command.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, you agree to receive emails from the Service. Subscription is opt-in only and requires explicit consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any newsletter email or via the website unsubscribe page.
Axon offers optional paid subscriptions (the "Pro" plan and the "Pro + Games" add-on). Paid plans are activated manually by the Axon team upon receipt of payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following conditions.
The Pro plan is offered at 5€ per month. Additional game sections may be added for 3€ per additional game per month. Prices are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
The Pro plan includes up to 250 AI screenshot analyses per month. This limit resets on the 1st of each month. Additional analyses beyond this limit may be requested and are subject to a supplemental fee or manual processing. The Axon Team reserves the right to adjust this limit with prior notice.
Payment is handled externally and directly between the subscriber and the Axon team. Axon does not collect or store any payment card information. Specific payment methods will be communicated at the time of subscription.
You may cancel your paid plan at any time by contacting the Axon team via the contact form or the /contact Discord command. Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No automatic renewals are applied without your explicit agreement.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a significant issue with the Service during a paid period, contact us and we will assess your request fairly. We do not guarantee refunds for partial months.
Paid plan features are activated and deactivated manually by the Axon team via the administration panel. Access may be suspended without notice in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or non-payment.
The Service provides a contact form on the website and a /contact slash command on Discord to submit support requests, bug reports, or suggestions. Messages submitted through these channels are stored as support tickets and handled by the Service administrators. Tickets may contain your Discord username, email address (if provided), and message content. Ticket data is not shared with third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continuous availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, push updates, or temporarily suspend the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, statistical errors, or service interruptions.
All code, design, branding, and content related to the Service remain the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or permanently terminate access to the Service for any user or server at any time and without notice, particularly in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Fonctionnalités principales : suivi des statistiques (kills, deaths, KD, précision, headshots, revives), analyse de screenshots par IA, historique des matchs, stats hebdomadaires, suivi de progression, classements MVP, classements par classe, système de pick & ban, outils de modération (avertissements, signalements triche, règlement), support multilingue (français et anglais par serveur) et système de tickets de contact.
Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans pour utiliser le Service, conformément aux conditions d'utilisation de Discord. En utilisant le Service, vous confirmez remplir cette condition.
Le Service associe votre identifiant Discord et les données de votre serveur à des enregistrements de jeu afin de fournir ses fonctionnalités. Aucune création de compte séparée n'est requise. Les noms des joueurs, statistiques, historiques de matchs et enregistrements de modération sont stockés par serveur Discord et gérés par les administrateurs du serveur, qui peuvent ajouter, renommer ou supprimer des données joueurs à tout moment.
Le Service utilise une API IA tierce (Anthropic Claude) pour analyser les screenshots de fin de partie et en extraire automatiquement les statistiques des joueurs. En soumettant un screenshot, vous consentez à ce que l'image soit envoyée à ce service externe et traitée par celui-ci. Les screenshots ne sont pas conservés durablement après le traitement.
Le panneau d'administration web est un outil interne utilisé exclusivement par l'équipe Axon. Il n'est pas accessible aux administrateurs de serveur, aux joueurs ou à toute personne extérieure. L'équipe Axon l'utilise pour gérer les données, traiter les tickets de support et envoyer des annonces. Les utilisateurs peuvent contacter l'équipe Axon via le formulaire de contact du site ou la commande Discord /contact.
En vous inscrivant à la newsletter, vous acceptez de recevoir des emails du Service. L'inscription est uniquement sur la base du consentement explicite. Vous pouvez vous désinscrire à tout moment via le lien fourni dans chaque email ou via la page de désinscription du site.
Axon propose des abonnements payants optionnels (le plan « Pro » et le module complémentaire « Pro + Jeux »). Les plans payants sont activés manuellement par l'équipe Axon après réception du paiement. En souscrivant à un plan payant, vous acceptez les conditions suivantes.
Le plan Pro est proposé à 5€ par mois. Des sections de jeu supplémentaires peuvent être ajoutées pour 3€ par jeu supplémentaire par mois. Les tarifs peuvent évoluer avec un préavis raisonnable.
Le plan Pro inclut jusqu'à 250 analyses IA de screenshots par mois. Cette limite est réinitialisée le 1er de chaque mois. Les analyses supplémentaires au-delà de cette limite peuvent être demandées et sont soumises à un supplément tarifaire ou à un traitement manuel. L'équipe Axon se réserve le droit d'ajuster cette limite avec un préavis raisonnable.
Le paiement est géré directement entre l'abonné et l'équipe Axon. Axon ne collecte ni ne stocke aucune information de carte bancaire. Les modalités de paiement seront communiquées au moment de la souscription.
Vous pouvez résilier votre plan payant à tout moment en contactant l'équipe Axon via le formulaire de contact ou la commande Discord /contact. L'accès aux fonctionnalités payantes reste actif jusqu'à la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Aucun renouvellement automatique n'est appliqué sans votre accord explicite.
Les remboursements sont traités au cas par cas. Si vous rencontrez un problème significatif avec le Service pendant une période payante, contactez-nous et nous évaluerons votre demande équitablement. Nous ne garantissons pas les remboursements pour des mois partiels.
Les fonctionnalités du plan payant sont activées et désactivées manuellement par l'équipe Axon via le panneau d'administration. L'accès peut être suspendu sans préavis en cas d'abus, de violation des présentes Conditions ou de non-paiement.
Le Service propose un formulaire de contact sur le site web et une commande slash /contact sur Discord pour soumettre des demandes de support, signaler des bugs ou faire des suggestions. Les messages soumis sont stockés sous forme de tickets et traités par les administrateurs. Les tickets peuvent contenir votre pseudo Discord, votre adresse email (si fournie) et le contenu de votre message. Les données des tickets ne sont pas partagées avec des tiers.
Le Service est fourni « en l'état », sans garantie de disponibilité, d'exactitude ou de continuité. Nous nous réservons le droit d'effectuer des maintenances, des mises à jour ou des arrêts temporaires à tout moment, avec ou sans préavis.
Dans toute la mesure permise par le droit applicable, le développeur n'est pas responsable des dommages directs, indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser le Service, notamment la perte de données, les erreurs de statistiques ou les interruptions de service.
L'ensemble du code, du design, de la marque et du contenu liés au Service restent la propriété exclusive du développeur. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, redistribuer ou exploiter commercialement une partie du Service sans autorisation écrite préalable.
Nous nous réservons le droit de restreindre ou de mettre fin définitivement à l'accès au Service pour tout utilisateur ou serveur, à tout moment et sans préavis, notamment en cas d'abus ou de violation de ces Conditions.
Ces Conditions peuvent être mises à jour à tout moment sans préavis. L'utilisation continue du Service après toute modification vaut acceptation des Conditions révisées. La date en haut de cette page reflète toujours la date de la dernière révision.

Основные функции: отслеживание статистики (убийства, смерти, KD, точность, хедшоты, воскрешения), ИИ-анализ скриншотов, история матчей, еженедельная статистика, отслеживание прогресса, рейтинги MVP, таблицы по классам, система пик-бана, инструменты модерации (предупреждения, фиксация читерства, правила сервера), многоязычная поддержка и система тикетов поддержки.
Вам должно быть не менее 13 лет для использования Сервиса, в соответствии с Условиями использования Discord. Используя Сервис, вы подтверждаете соответствие этому требованию.
Сервис связывает ваш идентификатор Discord и данные сервера с игровыми записями. Отдельная регистрация не требуется. Имена игроков, статистика, история матчей и записи о модерации хранятся по серверам Discord и управляются администраторами серверов.
Сервис использует сторонний ИИ-API (Anthropic Claude) для анализа скриншотов конца матча и автоматического извлечения статистики. Отправляя скриншот, вы соглашаетесь на его передачу и обработку этим внешним сервисом. Скриншоты не хранятся постоянно после завершения обработки.
Веб-панель администрирования является внутренним инструментом, используемым исключительно командой Axon. Она недоступна администраторам серверов, игрокам или любым внешним пользователям. Команда Axon использует её для управления данными, обработки тикетов поддержки и отправки объявлений. Пользователи могут связаться с командой Axon через форму обратной связи на сайте или команду /contact в Discord.
Подписавшись на рассылку, вы соглашаетесь получать письма от Сервиса. Требуется явное согласие. Вы можете отписаться в любое время через ссылку в письме или на странице отписки сайта.
Axon предлагает необязательные платные подписки (план «Pro» и дополнение «Pro + Игры»). Платные планы активируются вручную командой Axon после получения оплаты. Подписываясь на платный план, вы соглашаетесь со следующими условиями.
План Pro предлагается по цене 5€ в месяц. Дополнительные игровые секции могут быть добавлены по цене 3€ за каждую дополнительную игру в месяц. Цены могут изменяться с разумным предварительным уведомлением.
План Pro включает до 250 ИИ-анализов скриншотов в месяц. Этот лимит сбрасывается 1-го числа каждого месяца. Дополнительные анализы сверх лимита могут быть запрошены и облагаются дополнительной оплатой или переводятся на ручную обработку. Команда Axon оставляет за собой право изменить этот лимит с предварительным уведомлением.
Оплата осуществляется напрямую между подписчиком и командой Axon. Axon не собирает и не хранит данные банковских карт. Способы оплаты будут сообщены при оформлении подписки.
Вы можете отменить платный план в любое время, связавшись с командой Axon через форму обратной связи или команду Discord /contact. Доступ к платным функциям сохраняется до конца текущего расчётного периода. Автоматическое продление не применяется без вашего явного согласия.
Возвраты рассматриваются в индивидуальном порядке. Если вы столкнулись со значительной проблемой в работе Сервиса в течение оплаченного периода, свяжитесь с нами, и мы рассмотрим ваш запрос. Возврат средств за неполные месяцы не гарантируется.
Функции платного плана активируются и деактивируются вручную командой Axon через панель администрирования. Доступ может быть приостановлен без предупреждения в случае нарушений, несоблюдения настоящих Условий или неоплаты.
Сервис предоставляет форму обратной связи на сайте и команду /contact в Discord для отправки запросов в поддержку, сообщений об ошибках или предложений. Сообщения хранятся в виде тикетов и обрабатываются администраторами. Данные тикетов не передаются третьим лицам.
Сервис предоставляется «как есть» без каких-либо гарантий доступности или точности. Мы оставляем за собой право проводить техническое обслуживание или временно приостанавливать работу Сервиса без предварительного уведомления.
В максимальной степени, допустимой законом, разработчик не несёт ответственности за какой-либо ущерб, возникший в результате использования или невозможности использования Сервиса, включая потерю данных, ошибки в статистике или перебои в работе.
Весь код, дизайн, бренд и контент Сервиса являются исключительной собственностью разработчика. Копирование или коммерческое использование без письменного разрешения запрещено.
Мы оставляем за собой право ограничить или навсегда прекратить доступ к Сервису для любого пользователя или сервера в любое время без предупреждения.
Условия могут быть изменены в любое время без предварительного уведомления. Продолжение использования Сервиса означает принятие обновлённых Условий.
Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Бельгии.
